Privacy policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

Noggin Study Systems runs this website and waitlist. We ask for your email address so we can keep you informed about Noggin’s launch and early access.

The waitlist is open. Joining saves your email address; no confirmation email is sent.

What we collect and why

When registration is open and you join, we save your email address, signup time, and the version of the signup notice you accepted. We use these records to manage the waitlist and send the Noggin updates you requested. We do not ask for your name, birth date, phone number, payment information, or study material.

This notice covers this United States waitlist website. It does not cover the future app, accounts, uploaded files, or tutoring conversations. Those services will have their own privacy information.

Hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the waitlist in a private database. When signup is available, opening the form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, and challenge results to deliver and protect the service. We do not save your IP address, browser details, or challenge token in our waitlist database.

See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of technical information. We use Google Workspace for the contact inbox; if you email us, Google processes that correspondence. This implementation does not automatically send signup confirmations or marketing emails.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics tools, sell or rent email addresses, share them for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use them to train AI models. The signup code does not store your email in cookies or browser local storage. Cloudflare’s security services may process browser signals and use security-related storage. Your browser may separately offer to remember or autofill information under its own settings.

We do not track you across websites for advertising. The site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

When information is shared

Information is available to the operator and service providers needed to host, protect, store, and administer the waitlist or handle your questions. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and people from fraud or abuse. We will update this notice before adding a provider or materially changing how we use signup information.

Retention and your choices

Active waitlist records are automatically deleted after 12 months. You can ask to leave earlier, request access, correct your address, or request deletion by emailing info@nogginwaitlist.com, preferably from the address you used to join. We may verify control of the address before providing information or changing it. Requests to leave will be honored within 10 business days.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in Cloudflare’s recovery backups until those backups expire. If a backup is restored, we will reapply deletion requests. Contact correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. We will add an unsubscribe method to any future marketing emails before sending them.

Children

The waitlist is intended for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask for a birth date. If you believe a child under 13 has provided an email address, contact us so we can remove it.

Security

The live site uses HTTPS. The subscriber list is not publicly accessible; administration requires access to our Cloudflare account. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.

Updates and contact

We will post changes here with a new revision date. Material changes affecting information already collected will receive additional notice where required. For privacy questions, contact Noggin Study Systems at info@nogginwaitlist.com.
